After consideration I think it’s time to push forward and take blogging seriously. Now I wanted to be creative with the blog’s name. I still wanted to have the freedom to write anything that pleases me. So diversity had to be factored in. I had a great name idea, but it was taken. I thought of using Alexthegreat.com a knock off of Alexander the Great? Well the .com, and .net was taken. So I had to once again strap the brain bucket on, and think harder, creative, and more clever. Well seeing as a Blog Of Diversity was my subtitle why not use that? Damn’t twice! that name was taken as well (diversityblog.com, blogdiversity.com) So i’m feeling like wtf now? then I thought of blogodiversity.com. Can you guess what happened? yep it was shot. Then my loyal companion asked about blogindiversity.com yes of course it was available. So I snatched that purty domain quickly.  Now since I have my name established some of the things I need to work on are:

hosting, design, content, traffic, seo, marketing, advertising, and most importantly creating a relationship with the same niche.

So in a couple days things are going to get heavy…

Be on the lookout for www.blogindiversity.com !!

Publish it! Creative ways to get content

October 2, 2007

You like to write, but you don’t know what to write about? Well lets take a closer look…

What is your Blog Topic? The topic of your blog can be very demanding. Depending on the area you chose to create a blog can be over whelming. Just wanted to be part of the Bloggin Community and selected say – Finance, Making Money Online, SEO, Traffic Generation, Advertising, Fitness, Sports, Movies, Music, etc… Well now that we know what you’ve selected, how do you publish post after post every day? I’ve randomly picked Fitness as the topic.

Fitness – You can milk this topic until the udders are dead. It’s quite simple find areas that you’re familiar with, and just write. In fitness you can push to weight training, health of good fitness, supplements, nutrition accompanied by fitness, fitness clothing, fitness accessories. Now within those large categories lets dig deeper.

Weight training: gym memberships, machines vs. free weight, incline vs decline, time of training, rep ranges, targetted heart rate, targetted weight, training with percentages, on and on and on the list goes no body knows!

You see I took a major category, and exploited it into specific areas. It’s not difficult, you just have to be creative and Publish it!

OMG Hannah Montana!

Just thought this was crazy. Tickets selling for $2500. Are you freaking serious? Seriously the girl is like 13, and just had a period. If one of my girls asked to go to the concert, i’d ask if they have a job and transportation. Who in their right mind would pay to go see some ‘TEEN’ with a squeaky voice? Buy the CD, and invest the rest.

 check it out –

“About 12,000 seats for the Memphis show were gone in 8 minutes. It took 15 minutes in Columbus, Ohio, and swift sellouts have been reported across the country — Nashville, Miami, Lexington, Ky. The Kansas City Council is investigating the matter. One ticket for the show in Charlotte, N.C., sold for $2,565.”

NFLs 4th Week

October 1, 2007

Where to start…

Well my fave Panthers were upsetting this week against Tampa Bay. They stand 2-2, same as the Bucs.  The second loss at home… at home. We’re only in the fourth week! Looks like Carolina is going to show a pathetic season.  20-7, enough said.

Brett Favre is firing on all cylinders. Setting the TD record. Hopefully he’ll stay in the league until he breaks the passing record set by Dan Marino. Improving their team to 4-0, could this be the year? After his 32/45 2 td, and 0 int it could be.

Daunte Culpepper of the Raiders brought a victory to Oakland. About time that boy has done something. Ever since the good old days of (98) with Randy by his side, he hasn’t performed for shit. Minnesota then Miami now Oakland. Lets hope he stays in one place to get a ring?

Tony Romo and the Cowboys are playing well. Improved record of 4-0. Looks like the teams chemistry is working. In the last four games they haven’t put up less than 34 points. I guess TO has kept his mouth shut, and caught the ball?

Indy dominated Denver. Line stats showed it was a good game. Payton Manning threw superb 20-27, 193 yards, 3tds. Score was 38-20.

NY Giants upset the Philadelphia Eagles. I guess Donovan was sick that day? 16 to 3, I would believe so.

SD Chargers RB LT ran for 132 yds, and they still lost to Arizona! I don’t know what to say about this game. I hope Priest Holmes, and LJ ran well…

Tom Brady’s Pats won over Cincy. I guess that number 85 F.H.O.F didn’t put up? I hate these trash talking WRs. What happened to the days when they made enough to pay bills, and played for the hell of it? Until these salaries decrease I guess it won’t.

.. The rest are worthless to mention.

No Power Steering – Holy Sh!t

October 1, 2007

Earlier today I was driving my M1151 to a meeting. An M1151 is one of the newest additions to the HMMWV line. High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle for the less informed ones of the Military jargon! We were having problems this week with the Power Steering or the Brake Rotors. Well today, actually my shift, had to be that day! As I’m driving a loud ass annoying whining started. Eventually the steering just gives. Now I didn’t realize this until after I parked, what a pain the ass it is to drive a 5,200 lb vehicle from a dead stop. I’m telling you I think I pulled a muscle. My forearms are killing me from the constant abuse of General Motors. These vehciles are pieces of shit. How come we can’t afford something that works… longer then say a year? With congress or whoever approving these seven figure bills? Anyways – I feel bad for the next guy! Hope to have it fixed in a day or so. With these mechanics here maybe realistically a week?

My Review: Good Luck Chuck

October 1, 2007

I watched Good Luck Chuck last night, and here are my thoughts…

The movie is about a guy that was hexxed as a child. The hex was basically you’ll never be happy, but the woman after you will be. The movie shows a lot of large implant breasts. So if your on a date, or the wife doesn’t like that stuff this movie is a no-no. Dane shows loyalty at first by not taking advantage of women with his “condition”. Later on he exploits it nicely. When he meets Murphy (woman that is prone to accidents) nicknamed after Murphies Law he changes his lifestyle. Murphy (Jessica Alba) did a wonderful job on her clutsy accidents. After he finds out that the curse is true from his friend he must find a way to keep Murphy. This is where the movie gets good. The funny scenes were hilarious. The movie is a good laugh. With two large celebrities the movie will pull some good revenue. The acting in the movie was superb, and contained a well written story line. You won’t be bored!

Overall the movie recieves 3.5 out of 5 stars
